I should say, “Not Insync’ing” 
At least one directory (~/gdrive/Education/California) and one file are not being sync’ed to my Google Drive, and to my other Linux machines.
On machine vivaldi:

When I view my files on https://drive.google.com/drive/folders, the folder California does not appear at all. It’s been this way for well over 24 hours.
All my machines run Insync from the AUR, currently at version 1.3.5-1.
I will send the log file from the machine vivaldi via email. I can send any other log files which might be needed.
