I had a user who’s trial expired so I followed the link but our web filter was blocking the oAuth request so we just upgraded with the paypal link and 1) it took the money but still hasn’t re-authed the user and 2) it’s now showing the error:
Can’t Process - NSInvalidArguemntException - *** - [NSFileManager fileSystem_RepresentationWithPath:]: nil or empty path argument
Was the user able to re-login with a paid license? Our support should have sent an email re: paypal payment activation.

@Eric_Browning Once the trial has been activated, could you try retrying the error or restarting Insync? Is this error associated with a file being uploaded or downloaded?
@jimperio Yes, the user appears fine now. I wish error messages were more descriptive instead of debug dumps in this case.
I have the same error but as far as I know I am not on a trial.
