One item remaining

I permanently have “one item remaining” to sync. How do I find out what or where this item is?

Hi @Charlie_Hobson you should be able to check that via the progress tab:

When I look there, it says “one item remaining” and “1 item queued” and does not give any details. See image. Please can you tell me how to find out where this item is and how to either delete or sync it.

InSync is constantly chugging in the background because of this - I have to pause it to get good performance from my mac. I would like it to be able to run efficiently in the background without being constantly active, awaiting this file.

@Charlie_Hobson Please send the Insync’s logs.db file and the compressed copy of the dbs folder (present next to the logs.db file) to support@insynchq.com

How to find the log files

Tray icon is visible Click on the [image] in your tray menu.
