Pause sync when on 'metered' connection in Windows 8.1/10

Title says it all, when connected to a ‘metered’ connection (phone hotspot with limited data), automatically disable sync to prevent Insync from draining the data bundle.

Hi @wouterros I’ll +1 you on this particular feature request

^^awesome idea.

I’ve inadvertently blown past my data cap a couple of times this month due to sync over a 4G hotspot.

This would be super handy as I really only want to sync my Windows 10 tablet on home wifi, not on my phone hotspot.

Also accidentally used my quota a few times when connected to a metered network which is really annoying.

+1 Please. Same problem.

Another +1 for this feature!

I’d love to see this - it’s the thing that worries me the most with installing Insync on my laptop. The last thing I want is for it to try and sync thousands of files over a mobile data connection.
