Trying to install a Fedora 38 insync rpm and get the following:
glibc >= 2.38 is needed by insync-3.8.6.50504-fc39.x86_64

Download and install [Fedora 38](https://cdn.insynchq.com/builds/linux/insync-3.8.6.50504-fc38.x86_64.rpm) build instead
