Mate 1.16 has migrated to GTK3, and Xfce 4.14 is in the way. Due to this insync-caja doesn’t work
anymore in such desktop:
The same will happen insync-thunar when Xfce 4.14 will be released. So, I think that both packages should be ported to gtk3.

@acutbal: I tested Insync in Linux Mint MATE 18.1 which uses MATE 1.16 and insync-caja worked. Your screenshot looks to be in Spanish, and though I don’t really know Spanish it looks like the error is because insync-caja depends on python2-caja, which in turn depends on caja. But caja and caja-gtk3 conflicts, which raises an error.
It looks like there is a python2-caja-gtk3 package for Arch Linux (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/python2-caja-gtk3/), maybe you could try that instead.
