We have a user that has uppercase letters in their Google account, ie User.Name@domain.com.
The admin portal changes emails to only have lowercase letters, ie user.name@domain.com.

Can you send in the account involved to support@insynchq.com?
It is possible that he was registered in all lowercase letters. And our system has a hard time recognizing this since our system is case sensitive.
Email sent to the specified address. 20 character minimum is pretty annoying.
