Currently I’m running Insync version 1.4.9 on Xubuntu 18.04. As I haven’t received any automatic update on the newest Insync version 1.5.5 since a while, I followed the instructions on " (LINUX) Updating Insync using the terminal" by Mia Moran applying “sudo apt-get update” and “sudo apt-get install insync”. In the terminal I received the message “insync ist schon die neueste Version (1.4.9.37127-artful)” [translated: “insync already is the newest version (1.4.9.37127-artful)”]. Any idea how I should update successfully? Thx in advance!
Problems with updating Insync to 1.5.5 using the terminal
Hi @Michael_Weber,
First of all I’m so sorry for taking so long to respond here! Can you please run the following and send the output here?
sudo apt-get update
apt-cache policy insync
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/insync.list
Thank you!
