Purchased Insync license but still shows expired

Hello,
I’ve purchased an Insync license but I’m still seeing the license expired message.
The refresh license button does not appear to do anything.
I’ve sent an email to support regarding this but haven’t seen a response.

Hi! I responded regarding this concern about 2 days ago. Please check your Spam folder, it might have ended up there! The email is from support@insynchq.com :slight_smile:

I requested to send us the attachment again as the initial email did not contain any attachments from your end. Thank you!

Thanks Mia for responding. I can’t find your email response, but you’re right, I did fail to include an attachment on my initial email. I’ve resent the email with the attachment.

Looks like my license is now working. Thanks for your help.
