On Ubuntu Insync says it’s scanning but is not and is no longer downloading from the cloud. The icon is greyed out but I can open the app window. Tried pausing and restarting and closing and starting the app. Any ideas? Many thanks.
Found there was a problematic folder- removed that and appears fine now.
