Resolving Blank Screen Issue in Insync with White Color Screen

Hi everyone,

Plain white color screen is an excellent way to identify display problems, and I used it to troubleshoot a blank screen issue with the Insync app on my Windows device. The test confirmed that the problem is not related to my device’s display, as other applications work perfectly fine.

Whenever I open the Insync app, the interface does not load, and the screen remains blank. I have tried reinstalling the app, updating my graphics drivers, and restarting my system, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with Insync? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @evelynfreya! Could you let me know if there’s any type of firewall or proxy setting that could be blocking Insync?
