Resyncing to blank folder after drive failure [RESOLVED]

I’ve suffered a drive failure on the non-system disc of my Linux PC which held the Insync folders. I’ve now replaced the drive and need to re-sync my files back from the cloud but am finding this to be impossible. Insync has retained my previous configuration and is insisting that I restore the contents of the folders before it will start working again. Restoring the contents is what I want Insync to do for me. I thought that perhaps I could achieve this by removing and re-adding my cloud accounts so Insync would treat them as new accounts, but I while I can add new ones, the interface seems to have no options available to remove an existing one so I can start again.

I’ve looked through the help pages, but can find nothing to help with this. What should I do?

My apologies for the trouble, @tim1mw! Could you refer to this License tab guide and let me know if it helps?

Yes, the remove account and re-add has mostly worked. Can I suggest some improvements to the UI here? I never realised there were tabs on the account page because the icons are barely visible due to a lack of contrast and they don’t make much sense to me. Perhaps make them white and have the text description always visible.

Thank you for the feedback on how we can improve the UI/UX for our users! This will be considered when we line up UI changes in the future.
