Right click to insync folder crash the windows explorer

Hi all,

I have many clients in my company that uses Insync 1.2.8.35136 Version. They all have Windows 7 Professional.
The problem is the following. When they are in Insync folder they can right click but when they enter into anyone subfolder and below (on more level down) when they are trying to right click windows explorer crashes.

I have also logs of the Insync and a video showing the problem but i can’t attach them. Please advise on how to?

Mine was automatically updated to 1.2.9 but other pcs in company still have the previous versions. How can i manually update to latest version?

@Alexandros_Spyropoul: If it hasn’t auto-updated yet, please download the latest installer from: https://www.insynchq.com/downloads/win Just run this installer and it will update the old installation.
