Right mouse click context menu is missing InSync options

InSync options no longer showing in Finder right-click context menu. On Mac, OSX 10.11.2 with InSync 1.3.5.36069.

@Sian @Jason_Csizmadi Could you check whether the Finder Sync extension is available and enabled, as in (MAC) How to fix issues on the new Finder Sync extension (file icon overlays and context menu) in OS X 10.10 & above ?

If those troubleshooting steps don’t work, could you open Console.app and search for “Insync” to see if there are any relevant error messages or crash logs? Then please send those as well as any other details about your issue to support@insynchq.com.
