When I check the list of Insync 3 > “Shared with me”, it shows ~30 items.
When I check in Google Drive > “Shared with me” shows ~10 pages (15 per page) = 150 items
Most of the missing items are Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms and Google Drive Folders, but obviously some of the 30 items which are visible are of those types.

Does expanding the folders of your Shared With Me File in your GUI help download the missing files in your local folder?

Unfortunately, no. There are only three folders and about 25+ files – when there should be ~25 folders and ~125 files.
I’ll create a support request.
