Sharepoint Filters

I work for a university and when I click the Sharepoint option for OneDrive sync it can take over an hour to populate the list of thousands of sites. It is also really difficult to find a site in the list.

I understand the slow load time but it would be great to have a quick filter way to search for a specific sharepoint site to add to sync.
