[SOLVED] License expired

I bought a prime license before. And just now, when I was trying to upgrade my license from to DEVELOPER SYNC, there was something wrong with the payment method. I retried several times but still not work.

After several minutes, when I open the application window, it told me to buy plan. And I cannot log in to the dashboard anymore. Cilck refresh button does not help. It seems my previous license is disappeared.

I’m very upset. Can anyone help me with this?

Could you send me a screenshot of the whole Insync app window where it asks you to buy a plan, and send it to support@insynchq.com? I am asking to send it via email since it will likely show your email address, and would prefer to keep that private. :slight_smile:

Please do include the following:

  • Your Developer Sync plan invoice
  • The link to this post (for easy reference)
