I bought a prime license before. And just now, when I was trying to upgrade my license from to DEVELOPER SYNC, there was something wrong with the payment method. I retried several times but still not work.
After several minutes, when I open the application window, it told me to buy plan. And I cannot log in to the dashboard anymore. Cilck refresh button does not help. It seems my previous license is disappeared.

Could you send me a screenshot of the whole Insync app window where it asks you to buy a plan, and send it to support@insynchq.com? I am asking to send it via email since it will likely show your email address, and would prefer to keep that private.
