Some Accounts sync, some accounts do not sync

Or I should say, one account is not syncing. In fact, it does not appear to have completed the initial sync.

Is there a way to ascertain what the issue is?

Hi @BenjaminHD, the intial sync usually takes a while and works better if syncing is not paused or stopped. If this is still an issue, please do send your logs (How to find the log files) to so we can further investigate. Thank you and sorry for the late response!
