Some Accounts sync, some accounts do not sync

Or I should say, one account is not syncing. In fact, it does not appear to have completed the initial sync.

Is there a way to ascertain what the issue is?

Please help!

Hi @BenjaminHD, the intial sync usually takes a while and works better if syncing is not paused or stopped. If this is still an issue, please do send your logs (How to find the log files) to support@insynchq.com so we can further investigate. Thank you and sorry for the late response!
