Some sub-folders invisible and synchronization uncompleted

I installed Insync on my first computer. On my first computer’s hard disk there are two folders: “Buero” and “Computer”. Each of this folders has a lot of sub-folders.

Computer 1 syncronized “Buero” and “Computer” and all its sub-folders perfectly to the google cloud. The were correctly displayed under “My drive” in my Google Drive’s web interface.

Then I installed Insync on my second computer. I wanted to syncronized the data in Google drive to this second computer. But on Computer 2 only SOME of the sub-folders and files of “Buero” and “Computer” are correctly displayed under “My drive” in my Google Drive’s web interface. Most of the sub-folders are invisible.

Another problem: The invisible sub-folders under “Buero” are correctly syncronized on computer 2’s hard disk, while invisible sub-folders under “Computer” are NOT syncronized on the hard disk of computer 2!

I assume that no data on Google Drive’s web interface were deleted, because according to https://www.google.com/settings/storage 6,7 GB are in the cloud, which is similar to the 6,7 GB on Computer 1’s hard disk (in contast to this on Computer 1’s hard disk are only 5,3 GB).

I works with Linux Mint 17.1 (Computer 1) and Ubuntu 12.04 (Computer 2). Synchronization is done by Insync.

What can I do
a) to syncronized ALL sub-folders from the cloud to the hard disk of computer 2 and
b) to make ALL sub-folders visible in Google Drive’s web interface?

Thanks and best regards Frank
