Stuck downloading large file from OneDrive

It’s been like that for a while. Insync had already downloaded about 100GB total, and I noticed it wasn’t increasing. Then noticed that large file was stuck for a while.

insync status also doesn’t work:

$ /usr/lib/insync/insync status
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "insynclinux/gui/insync.py", line 19, in <module>
  File "click/core.py", line 1130, in __call__

  File "insynclinux/gui/cli.py", line 74, in wrapper
TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable
[182881] Failed to execute script insync

After running status, everything crashes.

I reopened Insync, and that file continues showing as downloading with no progress but now the Insync process is consuming 100% CPU for >8min and nothing changes.

I clicked around the UI, for instance, the OneDrive icon in that file… after about 2-3min it opened the browser window.

It seems Insync is struggling with large files, everything becomes unresponsive and CPU usage goes to 100%.

Any advice?

It eventually finished.
