Linux Mint 21.3, Insync 3.8.7.50516. At University with plenty of bandwidth and storage space. Insync app is responding, albeit slowly, but the large files do not seem to be making any progress at all. I’ve restarted many times and paused/unpaused. Scanning starts, but then the large files seem stuck.

Are you seeing any error messages on the app? Please also send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post, in case you haven’t. Do include the name of the large file/s that got stuck in the sync queue.
