Sync Dropbox And OneDrive

I am using both DropBox and OneDrive. For some reason, in the sync process it is creating multiple duplicate folders in OneDrive - folder and then fold (1), folder (2), etc…
I removed Insync authorization within the OneDrive so that it no longer syncs to OneDrive (is that the only way to keep Insync from syncing once it is setup??? Why not a way to remove the connection with OneDrive from within Insync? If there is a way (other than unsyncing each folder - a long process if you have 1000’s of folders!)…

Why is it making these redundant empty folders in OneDrive? They are NOT being made in Dropbox…

I am a complete newbie to Insync (today - 8/9/2021)…

Hi @hugh.d,

To remove/disconnect the sync, one would need to remove their account by following this guide: https://help.insynchq.com/en/articles/2967096-removing-your-account

Can you let me know if the duplicates were happening in the cloud, on the local folders, or both?
