Sync Hangs in Windows

Just installed the trial version. It started syncing at 900 files and then it got down to 37 and started looping between 37 and 33 for a while in the progress window. I restarted the computer and now it is sitting at 41 with no syncing going on. I can’t seem to get it to work anymore. Any ideas?

I stopped and started it again and it is back to looping again. A bunch of files show up in the progress window but the progress bar never shows any progress. The files get switched to another set of files and then the same thing repeats in quick successions.
