Sync Paused - InSync re-uploads

I have recently started using InSync to sync my local files with OneDrive. I have a few hundred GB to upload and because of my slow connection it is taking a while.

During this initial sync process, I have had to pause syncing for a while to free up some bandwidth for online gaming. After switching sync back on, the program proceeds to re-upload all the things it has already uploaded and are safely in the OneDrive cloud. So I am really not sure where or how or why it is re-uploading all of them again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you confirm that your files have finished syncing now?
Do the re-uploaded files show as duplicates or replacements in the cloud?
Do the uploaded files show as scanning or syncing?
