Sync time too slow

Have had insync running for a few weeks now, and it’s either not synchronising files at all (until I force a manual refresh), or it’s taking hours. I need it to synchronise a lot faster than that.

How quickly should it be detecting and synchronising file changes, and can we modify that?

Running as a service on Windows Server, and also tested running as an app on Windows desktop. Synchronising a folder on a local server to Google Drive. Initial sync worked perfectly, it’s just the ongoing synchronising that’s an issue.

Could you go to this guide and refer to Step 5 under “How to start syncing your files”? It explains a certain setting that allows auto-syncing of incoming files.

Syncing file changes should take no more than a couple of minutes if your internet connection is stable and if the file size isn’t big. In case the issue still persists, please send your log files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post. Thank you!
