Synced files have modified date in the future

I’m noticing that when Insync is downloading Google Drive files from a shared drive, it’s setting the modified date one month past the modified date shown in the Google Drive web viewer. E.g. a file modified on the 16th July is being synced to my pc, and the modified date is set to 16th August.

This wouldn’t worry me too much, except it’s causing conflicts as other users modify the files.

I’m running Pop!_OS 20, and the files are being synced to an exFAT drive mounted in my home directory.

Any help is appreciated!

That’s weird indeed! Could you send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post? You can find them in ~/.config
