Syncing across 2 computers not working as expected

i have a laptop and a desktop

i just recently deleted files from the desktop.

they were deleted on the cloud (they don’t appear on the website)

however they still appear on the laptop and there no conflicts shown despite it showing some drives are not synced.

the insync icon shows a green tick

it seems it is also not syncing all the folders despite the green tick

Hi @Milo_Mak,

Do these red X’s persist when you restart Insync? Further, do these red x’s represent files/folders that should have been deleted as well?
