I take it that the the Original files exist on my computer as I’m thinking that if Insync is syncing between my computer and Google Drive if there is a file not on Google Drive but is on my computer with tihs (https://freeaccount.org/free-paypal-account/) I don’t want Insync to delete the file from my computer but to upload the file to Google Drive. WIll this happen? or my file gets deleted?

As far as I know, if a file is “added” on any side, it will be replicated (downloaded or uploaded) on the other side. It will not use the cloud side as the only reference.
