Syncing the same files over and over

I am syncing a rather large photocollection with insync and it seems that it is stuck on a number of JPG-files in a spesific folder - uploading the same files over and over again and never moving on…

The folder has 8-bit characters in it… (“Panorama råfiler”).

I have now removed this spesific folder and will try to resync, but I attach the log files here if you would like to investigate:

Thanks for sending in your logs and I apologize for the very late response.

I will tag our engineer @dipesh and he will get back to you.

@bthoem Unfortunately, the logs did not capture the issue that you spoke of. If it ever happens next, please create a compressed copy of the dbs folder (present next to the logs.db file) and send it to us at support@insynchq.com Subsequently, you can also try moving the problematic files out of the Insync folder and move them back in to see if that fixes the issue.
