Systray icon randomly disappears

I am running v1.3.8 on Win 7 and am finding the system tray icon randomly disappears over time. Fortunately Insync is still running but the only way to restore is to End Task the Insync process and restart it.

Any ideas?

Hello @inforr,

Please look for Insync tray icon in the extended/hidden systray area as depicted in the screenshot:

If you find it there, then drag it to the main taskbar area and it would continue to stay in the main systray area.

Hi @dipesh

I have it permanently set to display. When it disappears it no longer shows even in the hidden systray. If you want I can prove it next time by taking a task manager screenshot coupled with the missing icon.

Let me know what you want me to do next time it happens.

@inforr: Please send to us the logs.db and out.txt from the folder C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Insync when the tray icon goes missing next time.
