I have updated the macOS to version 27 (currently it is 27.0.1) and it is impossible to open the window when you click on the icon, only the Quit (menu) appears.

We would like to share a workaround from another user: select Insync from the application menu instead. This can be done using Spotlight or Alfred. Let us know how it goes!
We would also like to request for your logs for further investigation. Kindly note that logs may contain sensitive information like file names and metadata, but we never have access to its contents. It will only be used for debugging purposes.
If you agree to this, please do send your logs to support@insynchq.com after quitting Insync and include the following:
- logs.db
- out.txt
You can find your logs by following this guide. If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to upload the files in the cloud and send us a shared link so we can download these.
