Whenever trying to share a folder via InSync, I get a yellow pop-up window with red font that says, “There was an error loading,” and then it says “Retry” and “Close” as the only options. “Retry” does not work. Several restarts did not solve anything. Using MacPro with OS X Yosemite and InSync ver. 1.2.8. Any help appreciated.
@Trayor_Lesnock Do you have any errors or actions required in the Insync app window? It could be that Insync needs you to re-authorize your account (and that the loading error is due to Insync not being able to update the list of collaborators for the file).
@Trayor_Lesnock We’ve found a bug that might be causing your issue. Is the folder shared publicly/ with a domain? If so then a fix is coming in the next version that should resolve it.
EDIT: The fix is included in the latest version, which should have auto-updated already, but is also available at New Insync version: 1.2.9
