This is not what I call an awesome support

Hello Insync guys.

Your new support system is a bit disappointing. As I am Google Apps reseller, it is important for me to have quick answers to my questions.

Knowledge bases ans forums are great but when it comes to specific matters (such as subscriptions issues), it would be great to have a direct access to Insync team.

I feel that your new system is going to be somehow frustrating and lacking of professionalism.
