Ended up purging all installation including config files. After fresh installs in Win and Lin, reconnected to the cloud and so far everything is back to normal.

Did you have to them re sync and re setup everything? I’m facing the same issue now, always empty and I can see for some reason that I can’t understand some folders are not syncing anymore, it was there yesterday and not today.
@Rafael_Faria It is recommended to sync it to a new and empty local folder after removing your account and re-adding it. Let me know if you need further assistance on this.
