Tril has expired

Hi,

I just bought Insync Pro. But my insync is still telling me that the trial period of the second Google account is expired. How can i solve this issue? My firt Google account is working.

The refresh button is not working.

Hello @Sergei_Martens, have you already added the account to your Pro subscription via the dashboard? Could you send an email to support@insynchq.com with the email address of the affected account? Thanks!
