Ubuntu 15.10 - Folder Integration Overlay Actions Missing Nautilus. Works fine in 14.04 but not showing in 15.10?

Received and replied to his email with:

Nautilus
was restarted as well as the system rebooted. Im an IT Mgr/Sysadmin so
i tried a few different methods to try and get it working. The only
option to get the Nautilus overlay was to install the following package
from the Ubuntu Software Center: insync 1.3.3.36056-trusty

The download from the website was not sufficient enough to get all the features.

Just thought you all might want to make note of this for any other users that have this issue when using Ubuntu 15.04/15.10.
