Unable to connect to my account

Hello,

Since this afternoon, I’m unable to sync any file (upload and download just got stuck at 0 bytes transfered, only the directories were created).

In a desperate move, I then tried to log out and log in again, but I’m unable to in the application. When using the login button of the application, after I logged in the browser, I get to the page saying “Connecting to Insync…” but nothing happens, even after 5 minutes of wait.

Then, when using the alternate login method, I copy pasted the link, logged again, and pasted the result. The error is then the following;

For the record, I’m using Fedora 41 (enterprise Desktop, now way to upgrade right now). I’m however using the latest version of the client.

Hi @Pierre_Beaujean, please download the latest version at Linux - Download Insync. It contains the fix to this issue.

Unless you have updated the file without updating the version number, I’m already using the latest version:

Hi @Pierre_Beaujean, this is the latest version and it’s odd that you’re still experiencing the issue. Could you please quit Insync and send your logs.db & out.txt files to support@insynchq.com? Do include the link to this post.
