Unable to Remove Synced files from InSync

I’m using the latest Mac OS X version of InSync on Yosemite.

I accidentally selected the “Add to Insync” option on my Desktop (right-click menu), now InSync is syncing everything on my desktop and its subfolders to Google Drive. I cannot find any option to “Remove from InSync”. I can no longer use InSync to manage my Google Drive files because the only way to stop my Desktop files from being uploaded to Google Drive was to pause inSync.

Also, Selective Sync doesn’t do anything to help.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this? I need to get InSync to stop syncing my Desktop Files to Google Drive. Thanks.

remove the symlinks produced in your Insync folder and see if that works :smile:
