Insync is giving an “unexpected error occurred” notification on startup, quitting immediately after that. I have tried a fresh installation after uninstalling and deleting my insync folder, to no avail.
Windows 10 and the latest version of Insync. However I have traced the issue to the fact that I had enabled UTF8 encoding in the Windows administrative region settings:
