I upgraded to the Developer plan today, and added a new system.
At some point a sync was done and many files were incorrectly deleted.
Can I get the files back? If so, how?
What information do I need to provide and how do I get it?

I determined that InSync had moved all of my files to the Recycle Bin on Windows, and the Trash Bin on Google Drive. On RHEL 8, all files were just deleted.
I recovered my files from the Recycle Bin on all of my Windows machines, and from the Trash Bin on Google Drive.
The question now is: How do I start using InSync again without causing another bulk deletion?

Hi @BobSteagall! My deepest and most sincere apologies for this issue.
Please send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post. Logs from your Windows machine can be found in %AppData%\Insync
, whereas logs on your RHEL8 machine is located in ~/.config/Insync
.
Afterwards, you can do a complete uninstallation, followed by a fresh installation. We recommend to choose a new and empty Base Folder (sync location) to download your files from Google Drive accordingly. Here are the guides you’ll need:
Just let me know if you need anything else!
