Use same sync folder in Windows 7 and Windows 10

Hi,

I have a dual boot setup running Windows 7 and Windows 10. On both I want to use InSync.
On Windows 7 InSync is up and running and now I want to install InSync also on Windows 10, using the same folder (on a second HDD) which Windows 7 also uses.
Is that possible and if so, how do I do this? Now I just can’t select that folder for syncing on Windows 10.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @DutchMoose,

At the moment, Insync doesn’t support dual boot for users looking to sync the two setups to the same location (in this case, your second HDD). It’s a risk that might propagate file integrity issues such as duplication and deletions.

For that, I have a suggestion, so if you interested in it then you will do one more thing just get some review from there you will get some suggestion. Or you will connect it with your gmail account and by this you will be very helpful. Faced any kind of problem then you will browse Fix Windows update error code 8007000e, from there you will take the proper solutions.

Thanks for sharing. Thanks rubisony for your response. It’s useful

Very good suggestion. Thanks for share this.
