When looking at my folder there are a number of files that have a strange offset “icon” text next to it. Attached an image of what it looks like.
These actually do not match any files that are on the Google Drive.

@mspronk It appears that your Finder is set to display hidden files. Those “Icon” files are normal OS X system files used to set the folder icon (in this case, it’s created by Insync to apply the “shared” folder icon). They are ignored by Insync and not uploaded to Drive.
I’m having the same issue, but have toggled on hidden files on and off and they don’t go away. They are in every folder and make it hard to work with all these extra files in our folders.
Is there a way to not have these show up in finder?
