Regarding the error message, the file “1505 Shoreline Dr SB CA 93109.gdmap” is a gdlink file. It is not a normal file, rather it only contains a link to the “Google My Maps” document in your Google Drive. However it looks like the document it links to does not exist anymore, so it can be deleted to remove the error message. If you can’t find it in your Insync folder please send a copy of the folder ~/.config/Insync/dbs while Insync is stopped so we can check for you. You can compress it before sending to save space.
