Why do you advertise prime license as having "Email support in 5 business days" when thats always been clearly a lie?

All but three of my emails to support go unanswered. I’ve gone over two months without my drive fully syncing. All the while trying every hack and work around mentioned in the forums. No success.

For example this post: What do I have to do to get the support staff to respond to my emails or join me in online support?
