Win10 x64 no gui

I have never used insync before, but I was interested in it. I installed in on my x64 windows 10 system but I am unable to use the application. It installed fine, although to to a %userdata% directory. When I execute the process I’m given no errors at all. I am not able to see any gui at all, not the application itself nor the notification icon. I know the exe is running because I can see it in my task manager. I just cannot access insync at all. Any ideas?

Just checking…

Insync creates an icon and it may be in the hidden icon area. AFAIK, it’s the only way to access the GUI.

@n8chavez As @Hordeum depicted, do you see the Insync icon in the hidden tray area? Did Insync ask you to login when you first ran it.

Please send to us the Insync logs (logs.db and out.txt files) from the following folder from your machine: %appdata%\Insync\

Thanks
