Windows Install issues. No setup

Hello,

I tried to install Insync on my windows 10 tablet and it slipped the setup and just installs. When I click on the icon in the taskbar, I can see the Insync window but I can click on anything (when I do nothing happens). I tried uninstall / reinstall but it the same behavior.

Any ideas?
