I am using the 15 day free trial version of Insync and need to sync folders someone shared with me. It downloads the folder but no content. Tried un-syncing it and resyncing it but same behavior.
I am using Windows 10.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks very much for any help.
Hi! Please check on the Selective sync tab to make sure that the files have been set to sync: How to selectively sync Google Drive folders and files
If they’re set but content isn’t syncing, please send your log files to support@insynchq.com for investigation: How to find the log files
Seems to be working great now. I think I had so many files that it just hadn’t worked its way through everything yet. Thank you for the quick reply.
