1.4.5 stopped working on Windows 8.1

1.3.2 was working fine, but after I was upgraded to 1.4.5, syncing stopped. No error messages. I downgraded to 1.3.2 and it started working again, but over the weekend it was automatically upgraded to 1.4.5.37069 and now it’s not syncing again. I’m running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Well, I THOUGHT it was working now. New files uploaded to Google Drive are not syncing to my PC (although I can see them under “My drive” but there’s no checkmark), but if an existing file is edited on Google drive, the new edited file gets synced with my PC.

Thoughts?
