“Can’t add [file name] - format not recognized”
Happens when an Insync (or Drive) shortcut to a Google-format file has invalid contents or is not of the expected format
How to resolve
Click on dropdown arrow button and select ‘Retry’
If issue isn’t fixed, send your log files to support@insynchq.com
