“Can’t upload [file name] - Drive storage quota for [email] exceeded” (error)

“Can’t upload [file name] - Drive storage quota for [email] exceeded”

Happens when the user’s Drive is full and a file can’t be uploaded.

How to resolve

Delete files from your Drive or purchase more Drive storage
Click on dropdown arrow button and select ‘Retry’
If issue isn’t fixed, send your log files to support@insynchq.com
